I have lived and worked in Cambodia since 2006. I am currently the International Director at Bareebo Organization. Bareebo is a community development NGO focusing on climate change adaptation. We work with households and communities to develop household water systems, via rooftop rainwater harvesting, water filtration and pond digging. Additionally, Bareebo assists households and communities in producing organic produce, both from market/kitchen gardens, as well as through accessing other foods produced chemical free, such as fruits, eggs and wild herbs. We have also developed a successful community bank and we are currently in the process of developing an Organic Shop, which will sell both raw organic produce and value added organic products.
I am married to a Cambodian woman. Our son was born in 2016. We are currently in the process of building a 1 hectare organic farm, based on permaculture principles, concepts and techniques. We will sell our produce from a farm-stand in front of our home.
