Training and extension are key to transferring knowledge and information in international agriculture development. It is important for development workers to share knowledge and skills in appropriate ways with small-scale farmers we are serving. It is equally important to learn from the small-scale farmers we are working with.
This blog will be maintained by the ECHO Florida Agriculture Training Department, highlighting experiences, resources, and what we are learning about agricultural education and extension that is relevant to the ECHO network.
