Rural Costa Rica demonstration farm needs people with interest in maintaining and developing
replicable small scale models of solutions for hunger. Interest in kitchen garden, farm to table program, community workshops for nutrition and incorporating underutilized tropical vegetables and leaves in meals is a plus. Work with tropical ag, fruit trees, developing nursery, seed bank, food preservation technologies and more.
3 months to 1 year positions.
Housing and some food provided.
