I have been bee-keeping with on average 10-15 hives for the last 5 years in Burkina Faso. We have been using Kenya Top bar hives. While in the U.S., i attended some general training about splitting hives and rearing queens (in Langstroth hives), but i have no practical experience, especially with top bar hives. Any one know of any higher level beekeeping training like this somewhere in West Africa?
