Anyone has experience bottling biogas into regular gas bottles in Africa? What kind of compressor do you use? How long does it take to bottle/compress it into the regular gaz bottles? Is the quantity of biogas compressed equal to that from LPGs?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven’t done it yet, but a search on Google brings different ways to do it (one including a compressor from an old refrigerator… 
What you also need to consider is that you need to clean the biogas before bottling it, as it has higher contents of sulphur, water vapor and other stuff that are corrosive.
