Can someone tell me if it is possible for me to bring Chaya cuttings from Rwanda into Uganda without any paperwork? If not, what is needed?

If you need chaya cuttings in Uganda, I live in Uganda and could send cuttings to you on a bus. No need to worry about taking them across the border. Though now might not be the best time for planting since it’s the dry season
