Cassava Ethanol and Moringa Seed Oil Biodiesel

In theory: Because of the high starch content in cassava, it makes a good choice to produce ethanol that can be mixed with moringa seed oil to make biodiesel. Ethanol is safer than methanol and can be produced locally. The catalyst can also be produced locally. In Haiti the price of diesel has been as high as $50 USD/gallon when it can be found. Has anyone made biodiesel with ethanol?
