Hi Maddie,
If you ignore the fact that I’m locked out of Myanmar because of Covid, and our efy’s didn’t do all that well last year because the soil is like concrete in the summer and saturated in the rainy season and in desperate need of resurrection, then I’m doing really well.
Where abouts in south east Asia are you thinking of planting elephant foot yam?
