IMO, is it ok to have colors other than white in IMO

I recently made IMO 1 and I got some yellow in my imo. Is it ok to have colors other than white?

Brandon, that is a great question. It would be helpful to also notice the aroma. If the aroma is natural, as would a forest floor or sweet, then all is good. But if it has a putrid aroma, that yellow might be slime mold.

I am interested in your observations. Glen.

Usually, from what I have seen in KNF, only white microbes would be seen as beneficial. I know in Jadam they display using other colours but these are not the correct ones. Rather make another collection and check on it regularly to insure it does not go past its ideal time. Also check the airflow in the collection box which can make a big difference. Make sure you have enough holes in it to allow for sufficient airflow.
