Job Opening for Couple speaking Spanish, located in rural Guatemala

The Ripple Effect charity (501c3) has two job openings for a couple or family to live on their ECHO-type
10-acre training farm with seed bank, greenhouses, a variety of animals, and a lodge for visitors to stay while volunteering. They will help local staff in running development programs - family gardens, reforestation, animal husbandry, vented stoves, water filters and village systems, building simple houses, and projects addressing the needs of Ixil Mayan people in 10-12 remote villages. Housing provided at the farm. There is solar electricity and running water at the farm, plus cell and internet access, and pickup truck. Must speak Spanish and live at the farm. Work closely with founder, Michael Ewens. These are paid positions with housing and food from the farm provided.
