Lagos Spinach microgreens experiment

This plant grows as a weed here in the Philippines.

The best I can guess is that it is Lagos spinach, even though PlantNet also gives another plant in the same family. Both edible.

We like the taste of the leaves as a vegetable.

I just collected a bunch of flowers to dry and harvest seeds

I plan to grow this plant as microgreens. It grows wild in my area. No need to plant it in a vegetable garden for leaves :cowboy_hat_face:

Anyone done this before for microgreens?

Common Cockscomb (Celosia argentea). Relative to amaranth, edible. Very useful in fields, as it suppresses witchweed.
