Have you grown the zucca gourd (BLagenaria siceraria) at ECHO? If so, what has that experience been like? Did people enjoy eating it? How did they prepare it? We are growing it from seed in Wilmington, NC and are wondering if anyone has advice for us. Please direct us to any recipes or articles about it. Thanks. Jan

@Emma_Weiss, I know ECHO NA has grown wax gourd (different species) and bottle gourd (same species), but are you familar with this one. I will also forward to Paw and P’Wah at ECHO Asia.
We grow 3 different varieties of Lagenaria siceraria (a fourth soon), but I don’t have a record of any of our seed banks growing anything by the name of zucca.
