Oil expelling in East Africa

We would like to begin an food oil expelling operation in Torit, South Sudan. Here are some questions we have:

  1. Do you or someone you know have experience expelling oil? (At this time we plan to primarily press peanuts and sunflowers)
  2. Do you know a reliable source for purchasing a power expeller, and associated equipment?
