Is anyone working in DR or would know about pests in the soil there? I have heard that there is a major issue with cutworms and tomato worms. Can anyone confirm this? Or is there something else affecting it?
Also, doe anyone know if you find good garden soil in DR especially in Santo Domingo?

David, we have African redworms if you have a decent food source and conditions for them to convert kitchen waste, paper, cardboard and/or manure into garden soil.
I’m thinking of writing a brochure on “Worms Shred My Sensitive Documents.”
