Pineapple cake recipe

This is a great family pineapple cake recipe that has been a crowd pleaser for generations:

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
2 cups crushed or finely chopped pineapple, with the juice
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix together, you can always add more pineapple juice if the batter looks too thick.
Bake @ 350°F (175° C) for 40 minutes
Remove from oven and frost immediately (frosting recipe below)

Cream cheese frosting:
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
