This plant grows as a weed here in the Philippines. It is used by few here, but in countries around Nigeria they love it. I personally haven’t eaten it yet.
It has fuzzy seeds like dandelion.
I am sprinkling those fuzzy seeds in a wide basin filled with dirt. I hope to grow these as a microgreen.
Anyone done this before? 
Any other weeds to recommend in the tropics for microgreens?
Next weed to try (God willing) is spiny amaranth or the other variety without thorns.
