There will be a project in the future to add a ‘recipe’ section to ECHOcommunity which will allow the cross-referencing of plants and ingredients, help with the understanding of methods and nutrient value. For now, there is a broad listing of recipes that some find interesting or even helpful.
This is a great idea! Also, I have a question. Back around 2011- 2012 there was an initiative coming out of ECHO Asia in Thailand, the beginnings of a cookbook being put together by then staff member Ruth Tshin, Did that ever come to be? Was it ever published either electronically or in hardcopy?
