ECHO has A TON of resources. Something that might be helpful to help users that have the same interests engage with each other would be to have a conversation page or something of the sort on the bottom of a resource.
So for example, a page like this: https://www.echocommunity.org/en/resources/1b66dc42-e09f-4471-a5be-a9a75b512ddb
which currently just explains the resources and gives appropriate links could have ECHO community users share their experience with that resource, similar to how users on Amazon leave reviews and ratings. Just thought this might be helpful if someone finds a specific resource, if there are others that have commented on it, etc. someone who is finding that resource for the first time would be able to ask other users more specifics about it, etc. (Which is also similar to how Amazon allows users to ask questions about products.) I think the main goal would be to connect users that have used and/or are interested in a very specific resource.
