Are you anywhere near Tamale? Once while visiting the Savanna Agricultural Research Institute (SARI) I passed through Tamale and visited a business in town that was processing thousands of Shea nuts through a women’s cooperative. Maybe someone at SARI can point you in the right direction? My host worked for Catholic Relief Services. They may also be provide a lead for you.
