Does anyone know of a grower or group that is producing agave sisal fiber using organic/regenerative methods? I know someone who is looking for a supplier of this for a possible manufacturing project.

What kind of quantity are you talking about? We use this for living fence and are looking to plant in larger quantities as well as promoting this for others, but not sure if it would be enough for a manufacturer. It certainly does well in our area if there is halfway decent soil.
It would be a large quantity. My friend wants to make a prototype product that will involve sisal fiber, and if it seems worth it to him, he would mass produce the product, so it would be very much sisal if it he ever gets to that point.
Good to know it grows well in y’all’s area in Africa!
